Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We appreciate your feedback and strive to serve you better. Returns will only be accepted, and credit given, or money refunded if all of the following conditions are met:

• Items must be in their original condition as shipped.
• Notification of your intention to return must be received by us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Returned items must be received by us within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The customer is financially responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with the return and assumes full responsibility for the safe return of the item.
• We recommend careful packing and insurance as minimum precautions.
  If the returned item does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy, your order will be sent back to you.

Refund Method

Please contact our customer service before returning any goods. Once a return has been approved, we will arrange for the return of the items. For faulty goods, once we receive the items, you will receive your refund via your original payment method within 14 working days.
